How long do you keep audit logs?

Financial adjustments like store-credit changes are logged with who made them and when. We don't yet offer a comprehensive system-wide access log across every module — if that's a hard requirement for you, tell us and we'll talk through it.

Is our bound book data exportable?

Yes — bound book entries and order history export any time, in standard formats. If you ever leave, you leave with your data.
